    • All security deposits and initial project deposits are non-refundable. These deposits are essential to secure your spot in our project queue and cover initial project setup costs.

  • Refund Requests:

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the project's completion date.

    • To initiate a refund request, please send an email to info@createartwrk.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. In your email, provide the project details, reasons for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.

  • Refund Review Process:

    • Refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 10 business days of receipt.

    • We will consider the reasons for the request, the project's scope and progress, and our performance in delivering the services.

  • Project Cancellation:

    • If a project is canceled by the client before completion, a refund may be provided based on the work completed and costs incurred up to that point. Any non-refundable deposits will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

  • No Refund Eligibility:

    • No refunds will be issued for completed projects, digital products, or services delivered as agreed upon, unless there are extenuating circumstances determined by ARTWRK management.

  • Refund Disbursement:

    • Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

    • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

  • Changes to Projects:

    • Any changes requested by the client after the project has commenced may result in additional costs. These costs will be discussed with the client before implementation.

  • Client Responsibilities:

    • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the project. Delays caused by incomplete or late submissions may affect project timelines but will not make the client eligible for a refund.

  • Policy Changes:

    • ARTWRK reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through our website.
